    Additional rules:

    Noise and neighbours The property is located within a strata-managed zone, and as such there are surrounding neighbours. Ensuring neighbours are not disturbed is important. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 11 pm. Noise complaints will result in possible eviction.

    Stay duration:

    We have a 2-night minimum stay during the off-season, and a 4-night minimum stays during peak season, including school holidays.

    Amenities:

    All bathroom shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles are the property of the owner. We endeavour to minimise the impacts on the environment by not providing single-use travel bottles and hope that guests can respect this and just use amenities sparingly and leave them as is when they check out.

    Fire Ban Information:

    Fire bans are in place outside of winter each year. Please do not light any fires outdoors. If you are unsure of fire ban dates, please check with our office.

    Party or Weddings/Events:

    The shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced may be closed down immediately and possible eviction with no refund.

    Lights:

    Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.

    Cleaning:

    Please wash and pack away your dishes and leave everything as it was found as a courtesy to the next guests. If extra time is required from the cleaners to do unexpected extra cleaning, this will payable by the guest.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    100% REFUND IF YOU CANCEL WITH 60 DAYS OR MORE, 50% REFUND IF YOU CANCEL WITH 30 DAYS OR MORE NOTICE, AND NO REFUND IF IT IS UNDER 30 DAYS
